Our story
Founded with a group of experienced and passionate engineers, WATTSUP aims to tackle challenges that most eCommerce had to face when selling their products here in the United States. Our journey begins with a third-party logistics operation, FBD Logistics. We saw the challenges our clients have to face when dealing with returns and this is why we invited a team of engineers who specialize in handing battery powered goods to join our team and started WATTSUP. Together with a team of professional engineers that have over 10 years of experiences working on electric products, we are here to relieve your stress and frustration that comes along with malfunctioning products!
